I would highly recommend Conneely Custom Built Kitchens & Bedrooms – they built and installed our truly bespoke kitchen; it looks beautiful and is finished to a very high standard.
Customer service is very attentive, accommodating and supporting thought-out.
For us this was the first-time experience ordering a kitchen and it was a journey for sure. As in life there were some hiccups along the way due to various reasons, but the whole team worked with us to resolve them, and we are very pleased with the final kitchen finish.
Reason why it was a 4 star instead of the 5 Star Google Review is as for the firs-time experience it was a bit too much of a customer lead journey. The nature of designing and ordering a kitchen as well as working with new trade, people was all unknown. If I had the experience that I have now or if more details, clarification would have been provided at a time many hiccups could have been avoided.
My recommendation for my future self would be to know and consider every aspect from design, functionality, and technical solution. Ask more detailed questions, follow up on answers and eliminate any assumptions.
Overall I would definitely work with them again.
